Ré IslandI have spent most of my holidays on Ré Island, a few miles off the Atlantic coast. I have tried to capture the beauty and the diversity of the landscapes of the island in these photographs, taken beetween 2003 and 2008.
PanoramasI like panoramic photography a lot, because it captures much more detail and contrast in landscapes, compared to traditional photography. On a computer, panoramas are best viewed full-screen, by scrolling horizontally.I stitch pictures with Hugin to create my panoramas. Occasionally, I just crop a photo with a wide aspect-ratio.
Plane modelsFrom 1998 to 2001, I participated in a plane model club where I built several planes: first a rubber-powered model, then some scale models and finally two radio-controlled moto-gliders. I continued with indoor models, radio-controlled or ultra-light, built from my own plans. Most of my planes still fly, except fragile indoor models.
